Important notice on closed and controlled areas of Haikou

According to the epidemic prevention and control situation, the closed and controlled areas of Haikou City are hereby announced: 

Xiuying District

(1) Closed areas

Building 7, Tangyuan Villa, Huamei Road 

Xiuying Farmers Market, Xinhua Road 

(2) Control areas 

Shuchang Village (whole village), Dormitories 25 & 26 Gangdong buildings, Xiuhai community, Industrial and commercial dormitories, ICBC dormitories, supply and marketing dormitories, Xiuhua Road (from the west of the wall of the third dormitory area to the pavement along the street of Xiuying Avenue), Xiuying Avenue (from the intersection of Xiuhua Road to the north to Haixiu West Road), Haixiu West Road (from the east of Xiuying Avenue to the pavement along the second phase of Ruiyuan).

2. Sea Dream Park along Qiuhai Yiheng Road, Huayang Apartment, Binjing Garden, Kumho Garden, International Shipping, Xiangrui Garden, Huayang Villa, Foreign Economics Dormitory, Qiuhai Jiayuan, Grain and Oil Industry and Trade Dormitory, Grain and Oil Reserve, Nanbao, Nandu, Nanfeng Villas, No. 1 Pharmaceutical and shops along the street.

Huamei Road Sanjian dormitory, foreign trade refrigeration plant and shops along the street.

Qiuhai Avenue post office area, post office dormitory, municipal party dormitory.

Dongfangyang Road Foreign Economics Villa, Far East Building, Far East Dormitory, Wuhan Design Institute, Haixiu Garden and shops along the street.

Longhua District 

(1) Closed area 

Times Square, Guomao road

(2) Control areas

Ruite Plaze, Guomao road

Management measures

(1) In the closed areas, the control measures of “area closed, stay at home, and door-to-door service” are implemented, and nucleic acid testing will be carried out on a regular basis.

(2)  In the control areas, the management and control measures of “no people allowed out of the control area and no gatherings” have been implemented.

Each household is limited to 1 person to pick up goods during off-peak times. According to the unified arrangement, nucleic acid detection should be carried out in the designated place.

The above measures will be implemented from March 30, 2022, and the general public must actively cooperate with their communities to implement epidemic prevention and control measures. Any adjustments will be notified separately.
