Wenchang, Sanya, Wanning and Chengmai issue epidemic travel notices

Announcement on entering Wenchang through designated testing service channels.

Wenchang City epidemic prevention and control headquarters have taken the following measures from 3:00 on April 2nd

All personnel travelling to Wenchang must enter through the designated inspection service channels: 

The specific detection service channels are as follows:

1. Yingcheng interchange of Haiwen expressway;

2. Nanyang interchange of Haiwen expressway;

3. Haiwen bridge;

4. Lingwen Jiaxing line from Qionghai to Wenchang;

5. Lingwen Jiaxing line from Haikou to Wenchang.

Those who come to Wenchang from key areas such as Haikou, Sanya, Qionghai, Wanning, Lingshui, etc., must present a negative nucleic acid test report taken twice within 48 hours (with an interval of 24 hours), and stay in a centralised isolation hotel, at their own expense. 

Implement 7-day centralised isolation medical observation and 7-day self-health monitoring.

During the 7-day centralised isolation medical observation period, nucleic acid detection will be performed once a day. During the 7-day self-health monitoring period, nucleic acid tests will be performed on day 9, 11 and 14.

Persons from other cities and counties in the province other than the above key areas who come to Wenchang need to take an “on-the-ground inspection” at a designated testing service point.

Sanya releases latest epidemic prevention and control policy

Passengers from epidemic areas entering Sanya: 

Passengers are required to hold two negative nucleic acid tests taken within 48 hours (the interval between two nucleic acid sampling must be 24 hours, and the two nucleic acid sampling time should be within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time of the flight).

After landing, one free nucleic acid test is required.

Passengers entering Sanya from areas with many asymptomatic infections: 

After arriving in the city, centralised isolation for 7 days, and carry out nucleic acid testing once a day for 7 days.

Passengers from non-epidemic areas entering Sanya: 

Since 6:00 on March 11, 2022, on the basis of the implementation of the original epidemic prevention and control measures, the airport and railway station will provide a “landing” free nucleic acid detection service for all the people entering the city, they may pass after sampling, and can wait for the results at home.

Passengers with a history of living in medium and high-risk areas within the last 14 days will be quarantined and managed in a closed-loop until a specified time.

Control policies and measures for passengers leaving Sanya:

Since 6:00 on March 20, 2022, passengers departing from Sanya may check in with a negative nucleic acid test taken within 48 hours. If their body temperature is normal and they hold a green Hainan health code or a green State Council health code, they can pass.

Passengers who depart from Sanya by plane or train to Beijing must hold two negative nucleic acid test certificates taken within 48 hours (with an interval of 24 hours).

Passengers who take the high-speed rail around the island First, and have passed the control policies and measures of the airport, can pass normally with the Hainan green health code and normal body temperature.

Chengmai Adjusts New Epidemic Prevention and Control Policy:

Based on a nucleic acid detection test taken within 24 hours, personnel from outside the province (returning) should strictly implement “three days and two checks”.

Before the nucleic acid test results are available, they should strictly isolate at home (hotel). If the results of nucleic acid tests are all negative, they can travel under the condition of correctly using personal protection and conducting 14-day self-health monitoring.

In case of fever (body temperature ≥ 37.3 ℃), dry cough, fatigue, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, decreased sense of smell (taste), conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhoea, or other symptoms of discomfort, immediately go to a fever clinic, inform the doctor the of your travel history, wear masks throughout the journey, and try to avoid taking public transportation.

Travellers from cities and counties with an epidemic situation in the province should implement “three days and two tests”.

Before the nucleic acid test results are available, they should isolate at home (hotel). The nucleic acid test results are negative. They can travel under the condition of good personal protection and self-health monitoring for 14 days. 

In case of fever (body temperature ≥ 37.3 ℃), dry cough, fatigue, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, decreased sense of smell (taste), conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhoea, or other symptoms of discomfort, immediately go to the fever clinic of a medical institution, and inform the doctor of your travel history, wear masks throughout the journey, and avoid taking public transportation.

From 3:00 pm on April 1, 2022, the shuttle bus from Haikou, Sanya, Lingshui, Qionghai and Wanning to Chengmai County will be suspended.

Since April 1, nucleic acid testing is required for people coming to Wanning from Haikou, Sanya, Qionghai and Lingshui:

People coming to Wanning from Haikou, Sanya, Qionghai and Lingshui should make sure personal protection is worn effectively, go to the nearest sampling point for nucleic acid detection on the day of arrival, and do nucleic acid test on the first, third and seventh days respectively, and wait for the results while performing home health monitoring.

In case of fever (body temperature ≥ 37.3 ℃), dry cough, fatigue, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, decreased sense of smell (taste), conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhoea, or other symptoms of discomfort, immediately go to the fever clinic of a medical institution, and inform the doctor of your travel history, wear masks throughout the journey, and avoid taking public transportation.
